Monteseco Suites Duplex Completed

This project started with a decision, not a blueprint: the owner sold a condo and came to Selva ready to turn that equity into land, then into a home built entirely on his terms.

We guided him through finding the lot, planning a single-level duplex designed for ease and privacy, and overseeing construction start to finish, two independent two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos, each with its own private pool, and no HOA to answer to.

It's the kind of project that shows what's possible when a client trades one asset for something built exactly the way they want it, with a team managing every step so they didn't have to.
