Villa Ocotal Renovation Stage 3 (In Progress)

Some renovations happen all at once. This one didn't, and that was by design.

Selva worked with the owners to break the project into phases they could plan and budget around: stage one extended and remodeled the main house, stage two added the swimming pool, and we're now deep into stage three, adding a new apartment, decks, terraces, and a rooftop terrace built specifically to capture panoramic ocean views.

At every stage, our team has managed the contractors, timelines, and design continuity so the home reads as one cohesive vision rather than three separate projects stitched together.

What started as a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is becoming something considerably more, and we're still building.
