Villa Tres Volcanes Under Construction

From the first sketch to the final walkthrough, Selva is guiding this project end to end, permits, design decisions, contractor coordination, and everything in between. The result is a single-level main residence paired with a private casita, each with its own swimming pool, so owners and guests each keep their own sense of privacy without ever feeling separated from the rest of the property.
